About myself, the author : I graduated from IIT Delhi in Computer
Science in 1990 and then did my MS in from Rutgers, New Jersey State
University, USA in 1994. I came to India in 1999 and since then I have been
campaigning for Right to Recall and other proposed Gazette Notification drafts.
(What is GN? GN aka Rajpatra is orders from Ministers to IAS, IPS) . My central
aim is to convince citizens that they should ask PM, CMs to add a few pages in
Gazette Notifications. What pages? Some pages containing the proposed
RTI2-draft, Right to Recall PM draft, RTR CM draft, RTR Supreme Court Chief
judge draft, Right to Recall Reserve Bank Governor draft, MRCM draft and so
forth. And my claim before citizens is that if citizens manage to
force/convince PM to add one page in Gazette Notification, namely RTI2-draft,
then poverty/corruption will vanish in
mere 4 months. To spread information on Right to Recall drafts, I had contested
election in May-2009 Loksabha in Gandhinagar Constituency to inform citizens
about Right to Recall PM and other proposed law-drafts. I was 4th
rank with 7300 votes. Later in oct-2010, I contested two more Municipal
elections to inform citizens about Right to Recall Mayor law-draft and in
Feb-2011, I contested Assembly by-election to inform citizens about Right to
Recall CM law-draft. During each election, I gave adevrtisements on Right to
Recall law-drafts.

Purpose of this booklet
To promote myself?
So far I have spent about Rs 14 lakhs of my own hard earned post tax no-donations money to give 13 newspaper advertisements to inform citizens about how proposed Right to Recall drafts can reduce poverty, corruption and improve Military, education in just a few months. The flaw in my campaign so far was that I did not distribute a 32-page booklet along with newspaper ad to explain them in detail and the “distributed uncentralized expenditure plan” (explained in chap-13 of http://rahulmehta.com/301.pdf ) came much later. This booklet has JPG scans and .doc of all the advertisements. So why I am writing this booklet? The anti-RM, anti-RTR elements are welcome to say that RM has written this booklet to – promote myself. I don’t want to argue against personal attacks thrown by these anti-RM elements. I will state my purpose of publishing collection of all advertisements I have given. My purpose is : This enables me to request every activist to spend at least 3% his income or 1% of his wealth, which ever is more, for newspaper advertisements every year to inform citizens about RTR-draft. Essentially, by showing-off to all that I spent over 30% of what I earned and over 3% of my wealth in past 3 years in informing citizens about RTR-law-drafts, I want to remove excuse an activust may be having that “no one is doing it, so why should I alone do it”?
All in all, I have given following 13 advertisements in newspapers.
